Between the financial year 2010/11 and 2020/21, please share the following information regarding successful settlements. I define successful settlements as all civil lawsuits and liability claims that resulted in payments by the police force to claimants.

I would like to know how many online scams have been reported when purchasing goods over the last 12 months, including how much money was lost.
