Online Scams (939A/22)

I would like to know how many online scams have been reported when purchasing goods over the last 12 months, including how much money was lost. If possible, I would also like the data to be separated into the website the scam was reported on e.g. Facebook Marketplace, eBay etc.

This information is not held by West Midlands Police.
Action Fraud is the national fraud and online crime reporting centre and fraud and cyber crime statistics can be found on their website, for example here or via an interactive dashboard here.
