I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from West Midlands Police. For the purposes of clarity, please take ‘facial recognition’ to mean any automated means of comparing a live or retrospective image against a database to discern potential identity, and ‘trial’ to mean any use on the public or internally for testing purposes.

Please can you disclose any e-mail correspondence between your force and Foundations Healthcare, (foundations.a81630 @nhs.net) who are based at Acklam Road, Middlesbrough, TS5 4EQ, and Daniel Ahmed of Foundations Healthcare, (Daniel.email@example.com), relating to Heroin Assisted Treatment, also known as HAT, or Diamorphine Assisted Treatment also known as DAT.
Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 please provide documentary evidence of what is intended by “adequate training”, and how this adequacy is achieved and maintained within your force, in the face of ever evolving legislation.
