Operation Encompass (432A/23)

I am keen to know when Operation Encompass was introduced in this Police Force (month and year, if possible) as a police/school notification system for domestic abuse.
Response
We have liaised with our Public Protection Unit and they have advised that we had started rolling out Encompass by September 2017, and that all 7 local authority areas had a version of Encompass up and running by September 2021.
