For the years 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 (01 Jan- 31 Dec) please could you provide me with the following:
a. The number of 999 calls to your police force for each of the years above
For the years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 (01 Jan- 31 Dec) please could you provide me with the following:
a. The number of 101 calls to your police force for each of the years above
b. The number of Hoax 999 calls (deliberate or malicious) made to your force for each of the years above
c. The number of Hoax 101 calls (deliberate or malicious) made to your force for each of the years above
d. The number of 999 calls to your police force which were categorised as bomb threats for each of the years above
e. The number of 101 calls to your police force which were categorised as bomb threats for each of the years above

Please find attached (532A_22_attachment.pdf). Please note however, due to a major system change, it has not been possible to extract all of the information you require. We are hopeful that an update will be implemented in the future, but no timeframe has yet been established as to when this might be.
The figures provided therefore are our best interpretation of relevance of data to your request, but you should be aware that the collation of figures for ad hoc requests may have limitations and this should be taken into account when those data are used.
