I am requesting information on police activity related to Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003. Please can you provide a count per calendar year for your police force of:
1. The number of arrests
2. The number of charges
3. The number of suspects released on bail or without charge
1. In how many racial, sexual, homophobic discrimination cases which have gone to employment tribunal have the claimants (officers, staff, PSCO’s etc) had their claim upheld?
For each calendar year from 2012 – 2022 (up to 14th April) we could search for:
1. The number of incidents recorded where the location specifies Birmingham Airport
2. These incidents broken down by incident classification (e.g. ASB – Personal, PSW – Concern for Safety etc)
Have any predictive policing systems been used, are currently in use, or are intended to be used by West Midlands Police in the future for the purpose of predictive crime mapping?
