Q1. Please confirm if details of victims of crime or witnesses to crime are ever passed on to the Home Office due to concerns over the person’s immigration status.
Q2. If this is the case, please confirm the number of cases like this that were referred to the Home Office in 2021.

West Midlands Police do not hold any statistics / data on home office referrals in relation to immigration status.
