Please send me the Training Manual of evidence gathering in respect of drivers Vehicles suspected of being in breach of the requirements as to control of the vehicle, mobile phone etc.

I am writing to inform you that we have searched our records and can advise we do not hold any training manuals or documents in relation to evidence gathering for this offence; it would be down to the individual officer to interpret the legislation.
