Traffic Offences (532A/23)

Could I ask for the number of fines for both the 2021 and 2022 calendar years for the following traffic offences:

Cause unnecessary obstruction by motor vehicle/trailer outside Greater London area.

Wilful obstruction of a highway.

Person in charge of m/vehicle/trailer permit it to remain at rest on a road so as to involve a danger.

All kinds of failing to comply with an endorsable section 36 traffic sign.
