FOI review process
If you are not happy with our response to, or handling of your FOI request, you can ask for a review.
You must send your request for a review in writing within 40 working days of the original response being issued.

Make sure you include your request reference number, and why you want a review. We aim to respond to you within 20 working days.
Appeal to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
If you are not happy with our response to your review, you can also appeal to the ICO. They will then decide if we have acted correctly.
