For Question 1:

Under section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you. The information you requested is available on the following website.

Revenge Pornography (258A/22) – Freedom of Information – West Midlands Police (west-midlands.police.uk)

For Question 2:

2017 50
2018 52
2019 59
2020 89
2021 85

For Question 3:

Our data are not organised in such a way as to allow us to provide this information within the appropriate (cost) limit within the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act (see ‘Reason for Decision’ below).

Although excess cost removes the force’s obligations under the Freedom of Information Act, as a gesture of goodwill I have supplied information, relative to your request, retrieved before it was realised that the fees limit would be exceeded (see enclosed document). I trust this is helpful, but it does not affect our legal right to rely on the fees regulations for the remainder of the request.

We can provide the number of arrests and the outcomes, but in order to locate information on the date a crime was recorded against when that crime was finalised ie outcome resolved, would mean that an individual search of each crime would need to be carried out which would exceed the FOI time limit of 18 hours. Please find below the outcomes of the arrests.
