Nextbase Reports (1726A/23)

Request

  1. Please provide all the information received by you via the third party reporting form currently located here https://nextbase.co.uk/national-dash-cam… for July 2023 to the current date (or as near as possible).
  2. Please provide the outcome of the data above in terms of ‘processed’, ‘NFA’, ‘insufficient evidence’ or similar and any notes, colour coding or similar made by officers or staff. I’d like the data in a machine-readable format (as opposed to pdf or similar) and ideally, I’d like it in its original format. I expect you’d wish to make redactions in which case please provide the specific exemptions relied upon. Please include, if possible, the reported location of each report and the date of each report and where possible the reported time of the report.

This is a request for the same data as was supplied for 147A/23 and 1110A/23, if possible to include the reported location and date/time for each report please include this as well.

CLARIFICATION

  1. is the number of reports submitted to West Midlands Police via the nextbase portal as was supplied in response to 147A/23 and 110A/23.

#1 can be calculated by adding up the number of reports and outcomes from #2 and I’m happy to do this. For #2 the month of each reported incident will be sufficient for this FOI request but if it’s possible I’d like to have the reported location and date/time of each reported incident included as well.
