Please could you therefore provide me with the following information:
1) The amounts provided to Mountain Healthcare Limited for the following periods:
1 October 2020 to 30 September 2021
1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022
1a) Please break down these amounts by the types of services which are being contracted for.
For example a response could be: (‘£xxx of the money provided to Mountain Healthcare Ltd between was spent on the provision of Sexual Assault Referral Centres and £xxxx was spent on xxxx services’)
To note, we have sought to identify the information in 1A through the data which you are required to publish on your website covering the spend by the Police Commissioner/Constabulary on items over £500 and have been unable to do so.
2) Please could you provide the details of any lease arrangements between the properties owned by the police and leased to Mountain Healthcare Ltd. I am seeking information on a) the duration of the lease b) the annual rent charged to Mountain Healthcare Ltd.

All of the spend between Oct 20 and Sept 22 paid to Mountain Health Care Ltd relates to Health Care services in Custody. We do not pay Mountain Health Care Ltd directly for the provision of Sexual Assault Referral Centres. We pay NHS England as they hold the contract for this with Mountain Health Care Ltd.
1)The amounts provided to Mountain Healthcare Limited for the following periods:
1 October 2020 to 30 September 2021 – £3,313,969.68
1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022 – £3,130,856.49
These figures are for attendance by Mountain Healthcare that attend our custody suites.
1a) Please break down these amounts by the types of services which are being contracted for.
As above the services detailed in payments above are for care within our custody suites, the staff attend to the medical needs of detained persons.
2) Please could you provide the details of any lease arrangements between the properties owned by the police and leased to Mountain Healthcare Ltd. I am seeking information on a) the duration of the lease b) the annual rent charged to Mountain Healthcare Ltd.
As above as we only pay for Mountain Healthcare within our custody facilities, there are no lease arrangements / rent arrangements.
NHS England have the contract for Mountain Healthcare in relation to our SARC (sexual assault referral centre), the NHS allocate Mountain Healthcare staff to our SARC sites. We do not rent / lease these sites they are maintained by us.
