Please provide an explanation on average speed is determined.

There are two ways to calculate speed.

  1. You can measure the distance from 1 speed camera to another and calculate the speed by using the DISTANCE, SPEED, TIME method.

  1. You can measure the speed of the vehicle from each camera and divide by the amount of recorded speeds for an average.

What option do the cameras use?
