I would like to make a “Freedom of Information Request” regarding the number of fixed penalty notices and fines, that have been issued in the SMBC area in the last 12 months up to the 1st September 2023, for riding a bicycle on the pavement.
Response
There are no reports of tickets being issued for riding a bicycle on the pavement anywhere in the West Midlands force area during the last 12 months (01/09/22 – 01/09/23).
