Request
I am looking to seek information from your force regarding the loss of any prisoners after the point of arrest. Going back 5 years to the date of this request.
Information I am looking for should cover
– Details of incident
– Any PSD involvement
– The severity level
– Along with the outcome of the investigation.
CLARIFICATION
I am referring to the unlawful escape of a prisoner from officers arresting them. For example on a bed watch offender has escaped.
