- What are EVs used for in the force e.g. neighbourhood police, dog patrol etc. Please be as detailed as possible with numbers for each use case?

Q1: How many electric vehicles does the force have and what % of their total fleet of vehicles does this represent?
Currently 41 EV’s which is 2.4% of the Fleet.
Q2: How many EVs were purchased by your force and what % of total vehicle purchases does this represent for 2021?
41 purchased 2021/22 (financial year)
20.5% EV’s ordered against replacement program of 200 vehicles.
Q3: How many EVs were purchased by your force and what % of total vehicle purchases does this represent so far for 2022?
17 purchased 2022/23 (financial year) to date (22/8/2022)
8.5% EV’s ordered against replacement program of 200 vehicles.
Q4: What are EVs used for in the force e.g. neighbourhood police, dog patrol etc. Please be as detailed as possible with numbers for each use case?
Currently EV’s are used for CID and PPU roles. However, 16 Corsa-e on order for Neighbourhood role. The Fleet have ordered ICE vehicles for Traffic vehicles and Dog unit.

2.49 million.
