Response
Our data are not organised in such a way as to allow us to provide this information within the appropriate (cost) limit within the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act (see ‘Reason for Decision’ below).
Although excess cost removes the force’s obligations under the Freedom of Information Act, as a gesture of goodwill I have supplied information, relative to your request, retrieved before it was realised that the fees limit would be exceeded (see enclosed and attached file 1486A/22 attachment). I trust this is helpful, but it does not affect our legal right to rely on the fee’s regulations for the remainder of the request.

Information not held in a retrievable format. Each individual crime needs to be assessed in order to locate this information which would exceed the 18 hour time frame for the purposes of the FOI Act.
3- Please also confirm the number of these reports that resulted in a conviction, how many cases were closed, and how many are still open as of 04/11/2022.
We have provided information in relation to the number of closed and open cases. However, convictions are not held in a retrievable format as these are determined at Court. His Majesties Court Services (HMCS) hold this data.
