Please would you be able to provide the following information on how your force informs those who submit dashcam / bicycle camera footage to you.
1) Do you inform those who submit footage of the action you have chosen to take, even if this is ‘No further action’?
2a) If yes, do you commit to providing this information in a certain timeframe?
2b) If no, for what reason is this your policy?

2b) There is no formal policy regarding this. It is a departmental decision due to the volume of submissions that we receive and the amount that staff that we have, or would need, to be able to do this for each of them.
