Corporate Communications Survey Data (662A/22)

I would like to request any Human Resources reports, findings or risk register entries relating to the retention of staff within the Corporate Communications Team of your police force. In particular any reports or documents that have been created from any survey or exit interview data.
I am looking for any documents created since January 1st 2018.

Please find attached our response.
Please note, the only information we have available is the result of a survey from 2020, I have been advised by our HR Department that we do not have any further data relevant to staff within the Corporate Communications team. It may be that when staff have left they have chosen not to have or complete an exit interview.
