I am requesting information WMP hold for promotions.
The questions relate to the following Ranks, PC, Sergeant, Inspector, Chief Inspector, Superintendent and Chief Superintendent.
The questions relate to the following years, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
I request the interview question for the above ranks during the above years. A breakdown for all years. Please do not include information for those ranks that are currently undergoing the promotion process.
How are interview questions selected before a promotion process?
Who has access to promotion interviews before a promotion process?
How many Officers have been investigated for cheating in the promotion process for the above years. Please breakdown for rank. Do not include any personal information.
Response
We can confirm that relevant information is held by West Midlands Police. However, while the majority of the information is attached to this email, I am not required to release all of the information requested. Please see attached document.
