FPNs issued for speeding / No Insurance (1367A/23)

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), and I kindly request that you provide the following information from West Midlands Police:
1) The number of FPNs issued for speeding in 2022 – and a breakdown of this speeding data by licence type (full/provisional), and if possible, age, and gender
2)The number of FPNs issued for driving without the correct insurance in 2022 – and a breakdown of this speeding data by licence type (full/provisional), and if possible, age, and gender
3) Both of the above, but for the year 2023 to-date? If this is not possible due to time constraints, then please prioritise 1 and 2 for 2022 data instead.
