Our data are not organised in such a way as to allow us to provide this information within the appropriate (cost) limit within the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act (see ‘Reason for Decision’ below).
As previously explained in order to locate and provide this information would require all the case files / boxes to be recalled from storage and an individual go through all of the photo albums to locate the data. Also, to locate and review CCTV footage submissions that may be relevant, would exceed the 18 hours for the purpose of the FOI Act.
