2, What criteria do those who initially receive/review third party video submissions have to consider, before they decide to process a submission further, or reject it?

3, Do video submissions have to be of a minimum length for them to be processed further?

4, Is it possible for a video submission to rejected, without being viewed, due to the accompanying form not being completed correctly?

5, How is the performance of those who initially receive/review third party video submissions monitored?
