The total number of police employees, separated by officers and staff, that died as a result of suicide whilst in paid employment within your force for the following years: 2019 / 2020 / 2021 / 2022 / 2023

I am writing to inform you that we have searched our records and there is no specific data held. West Midlands Police record the number of “death in service”, we do not however, record the reason for such a death.
