2/ I believe there is no such thing as a extra times, but if I am wrong please provide me with the hours they are extended and for what reason as this will be contested in the next 12 months to avoid the elderly, the infirm, the cruelty to animals and those who have lung issues.
2a, I believe that it needs to be brought to the attention of the committee that allowing fireworks to go off until 1 am is appalling, do they not realise the cruelty to animals and the elderly and also the smoke inhalation from these fireworks cause massive amount of chemicals smoke whereby someone with COPD, asthma and other lung ailments suffer as a result of setting yet another set of rules for different religions.
3.Lastly could you advise me who I need to contact or apply for a permit to set off a fireworks recreation, soup, and food for the homeless on the area opposite the Guru Temple High Street Smethwick.

You must not set off fireworks between 11pm and 7am, except for:
Bonfire Night, when the cut off is midnight New Year’s Eve, Diwali and Chinese New Year, when the cut off is 1am
These guidelines are set by the Government – please see the link below.

Not a question for FOI purposes.
