I am carrying out some research into Internal Disputes Resolution Policy (IDRP) processes within the UK Police and Fire Services.

A copy of your Internal Disputes Resolution Policy is not available on your website.

Can you please confirm that West Midlands Police have such an IDRP for pension disputes?

If so, can you please supply me with information regarding the IDRP and the timescales for applications to it?
