Please see below. Please note however, with regard to breaches of domestic violence protection notices and orders, we are only able to provide data with regard to those taken to court, as this information is centrally collated by our Civil Intervention Team:
2019 (1st Feb-31st Dec)
292 Domestic Violence Protection Notices issued, 287 turned into Domestic Violence Protection Orders. 49 Breaches taken to court.
2020 (1st Jan-31st Dec)
408 Domestic Violence Protection Notices issued, 382 turned into Domestic Violence Protection Orders. 79 breaches taken to court.
2021 (1st Jan-31st Dec)
414 Domestic Violence Protection Notices issued, 395 turned into Domestic Violence Protection Orders. 111 breaches taken to court.
