Electric Vehicle Charging (1675A/21)

Under the FOI I would like to know, based on google street maps whether you provide electric vehicle charging points for staff at Bloxwich police station?
The image captured by google in 2020 shows two unmarked Nissan Leafs parked in what appears to be EV parking bays. I assume these are police owned vehicles?
If not are staff able to charge their own vehicles on site and if so who pays for the electricity, the police or staff?
Response
In 2013 Fleet introduced 30 x EV Nissan Leaf to all Neighbourhood Policing Units and 3 charging points were added. These are also being added to new and refurbished estate buildings. The Force does not allow for personal use of the charging points, as this would be classed as a benefit in kind and they would need to pay tax.
