Please can you answer the following request. The wording is based on responses from other police forces.

Please can you tell me the number of offences in each year since 2016 under ‘sexual offences’ and ‘harassment offences’ where the venue where the offence is recorded to have taken place is ‘educational establishment: school’.

Crime investigated as far as reasonably possible. No suspect identified

Named suspect identified: Victim supports action – Evidential difficulties

Named suspect is below the age of criminal responsibility

Named suspect too ill (mentally or physically) to prosecute

Prosecution not in the public interest (CPS) (all offences)

Victim declines/unable to support police investigation. No suspect
