Please find attached our response and note that we have provided FPN and arrest data in relation to the Covid legislation.
However, with regard to fines – this information is not held by West Midlands Police. ACRO Criminal Records Office issue the fines in relation to these regulations. WMP issue the Fixed Penalty Notices that are then sent to ACRO who decide whether to issue a fine and process it. Therefore you will need to contact them for this information:
