Do you have a Managed Service Provider (MSP) contract in place for your external training needs?
No. We currently have disparate contractual arrangements in place. Due to a restructuring process the training requirements are currently being brought together.
If so, what is the start date and duration of the contract?
We are in the process of compiling our overall requirements and drafting a category strategy in order to undertake an options appraisal prior to determining a route to market for these requirements.
Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

The Director, Organisational Development & Learning.
Master Vendor contract in place for recruitment.
Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
The contract was awarded for a 2 year period from 1st April 2017 with the option to extend for a further 2 12 month periods. We are about to agree the final extension period.
Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
The contract will be extended for a 12 month period subject to internal governance therefore it will expire on 31st March 2021 subject to satisfactory performance.
Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?
The Director, People & Organisational Development.
What is your training budget for the financial year 2020-2021?

Specific training budget will be exempt by virtue of s 24(1) National Security and s31 (1) (a) (b) Law Enforcement.
Both of which are qualified, prejudiced based exemptions and are subject to a Public Interest Test (PIT).Please see this attached.
