Smoking In Vehicles (203_16)

Since October 1 2015, it has been illegal in the UK to smoke in a vehicle with anyone under 18 years old. It is also against the law for a driver not to stop someone smoking in these circumstances. The fine for both offences is £50.

How many times did you record this law being violated during October, November and December 2015?

No information held, West Midlands Police have issued no fines since 01 October 2015, in relation to smoking in a vehicle carrying a person under 18 years of age.
