We are currently working with Nottinghamshire Police to help evaluate their Hate Crime risk assessment form. We want to know whether other police forces are using a specific hate crime risk assessment form or a combined form (with another offence). A hard copy of the form would help us with our work.

West Midlands Police do not currently have a Hate Crime Risk Assessment.
