  1. How many Oracle licences does the force have and how much does it spend on them each year?
  1. How many Microsoft licences does the force have and how much does it spend on them each year?
  1. Does the force run its own datacentre and if so how much does it cost each year to run?
  1. How many full-time staff does the force employ to record crime stats, under its obligations to fulfil the Home Office’s counting rules – and what is the annual wage bill?
