Homophobic Crime (3533/19)

Can you please disclose the number of cases of homophobic abuse in nightclubs in the last three months (regardless of whether or not the incident was substantiated – effectively cases either of reports of homophobic abuse or of police officers witnessing it).  Please disclose how many of the cases were substantiated (in the sense that the police have taken them up or are taking them up, regardless of whether by giving words of advice, by cautioning or warning or by charging with an offence) and how many of the cases have been unsubstantiated (no further action taken).  How many of these cases have resulted in a person being charged with an offence related to homophobic abuse and how many have been convicted and not subject to appeal?

Please find attached our response.
