2. How many agreements to provide police training to a foreign policing agency has your force entered into, since 1 Jan 2010?
3. For each training agreement outlined in question 2, please state:
a) The country receiving training;
b) the name of the organisation funding the training;
c) the total value of the contract and amount received to date;
d) a summary of the nature of the training;
e) the approximate number of foreign officers who have received training under the arrangement, broken down by rank;
f) the total number of representatives from your force deployed to the specified country under the arrangement, broken down by rank;
g) the total number of representatives from the specified country who have visited the UK under the arrangement, broken down by rank;
h) the name and position of the UK representative who approved the contract;
i) if the request was referred to the International Police Assistance Board for approval;
j) if a human rights risk assessment process was conducted before approval (as outlined in the Home Office document `Overseas Security and Justice Assistance: Human Rights Guidance¿) and, if so, please provide a copy of this assessment.
4. Please outline the approval process your force conducts when an international police training request is received.
