A copy of every problem profile carried out by or on behalf of West Midlands since 2009 into child sexual exploitation, including online and street grooming.


We can confirm that the problem profile for Child Sexual Exploitation is held by West Midlands Police. While the majority of the information is attached to this email I am afraid that I am not required by statute to release all of the information requested. Please find attached a redacted document. This letter serves as a Refusal Notice under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) for the parts of the document that have not been released. The information is exempt by virtue of the following exemptions:

Section 23 Information supplied by, or relating to, bodies dealing with security matters
Section 30 Investigations and proceedings conducted by the public authority
Section 31 Law Enforcement
Section 40 Personal Information
