Chief Constable E-mail (5103_15 )


Please supply me with the chief constable’s full e-mail address. This will be the e-mail address consisting of your chief constable’s name followed by your force’s domain.

As initials, lettering, hyphens or dots are not always consistent between e-mail address and within the spelling of names then I am unable to ‘guess’ the e-mail address and require it in full.


We can confirm that some relevant information is held by West Midlands Police. However, we are withholding that information since we consider that the exemption outlined below applies to it.

The Freedom of Information Act places two responsibilities on public authorities, the first of which is to confirm what information it holds and secondly to then disclose that information, unless exemptions apply.

In this case the information is exempt by virtue of the following exemptions
