Can you please send me a copy of what process a police call handler dealing with 999 emergencies uses on a day to day basis.

Response

Due to the nature of the calls received, there is no specific process. Therefore there is no specific recorded information held.

 However to assist , colleagues receive training when they join the department and they use THRIVE as a tool to gather information as part of the national decision model.
