Arrests of Minors for indecent images (1181A/20)
Request
I would like to request information regarding the number of arrests (and number of proceeded against) of minors for an indecent imagery offence (Home Office Crime Code 86/2) under either S.1 Protection of Children Act 1978 or S.160 Criminal and Justice Act 1988 from 2010 to now (2020). I would also like to request the number of Outcome 21 recordings that have been made since the code’s induction in 2016.

To confirm this is minors arrested in years as requested, for 2020 the figures cover 1st Jan – 10th Dec 2020.
