My request relates to police investigating complaints regarding accommodation rental website Airbnb.

I would like to know:
-How many complaints have your force had relating to Airbnb from January 2016 until the time when you receive and reply to this request (say November 2016)? Please break this down by month.

-Please provide an outline of each complaint with full details of the damage caused or issue reported by the home owner. For example: `Called to a property which had been vandalised by an Airbnb guest who caused £xxx amount of damage. Homeowner returned to find curtains torn, staircase smashed and personal items defaced.

-Could you then outline what action, if any, was taken and what the outcome of your investigation was?
