I would like to receive freedom of information request on statistics of acid attacks committed in West-midlands from 2010 to 2017 and 2017 to 2019.
Refinement:
In order to separate the acid attacks (corrosive substances) from the results = a keyword search of the MO notes field for the terms ‘acid’ and ‘corrosive’.

Criteria used: The number of offences recorded from 2010 – 2019 where the Weapons List field = ‘ACID – BOILING WATER – CIGARETTE-BURNING’ and the Weapons Use field = ‘USED, CAUSING INJURY’, with an additional search for the terms ‘acid’ and/or ‘corrosive’ within the MO notes field.
