Request

– The number of children under the age of 16 who have been charged in your force area with supplying, possession with intent to supply, or offering to supply illegal drugs since January 1, 2015.

– A breakdown of the ages of all the children involved and what they have been charged with e.g. two nine-year-olds charged with the supply of cocaine.

– The age of the youngest person charged with supplying, possession with intent to supply, or offering to supply illegal drugs in your force area since January 1, 2015 and the drug concerned, e.g. a nine-year-old charged with the supply of cocaine.

– The number of children under the age of 16 who have been charged in your force area with the possession of illegal drugs since January 1, 2015.

– A breakdown of the ages of all the children involved and what they have been charged with e.g. two nine-year-olds charged with the possession of cocaine.

– The age of the youngest person charged with the possession of illegal drugs in your force area since January 1, 2015 and the drug concerned, e.g. a nine-year-old charged with the possession of cocaine.

Please find attached our response. Please note the two defendants shown as age zero, have on further investigation been found to be over the age of 16 and their dates of birth have been incorrectly recorded.
