Request

1. The number of arrests made on suspicion of committing an offence under Section 53A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 ‘Paying for sexual services of a prostitute subjected to force etc’ (Home Office offence code 167/2), inserted by section 14 of the Policing and Crime Act 2009, from 1 April 2010 to 30 September 2014, by quarter.

2. The outcomes of arrests under Section 53A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, from 1 April 2010 to 30 September 2014, by quarter.

3. The number of arrests made on suspicion of committing an offence under Section 51A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 ‘Soliciting another for the purpose of obtaining their sexual services as a prostitute in a street or public place’ (Home Office offence code 167/1), as inserted by section 19 of the Policing and Crime Act 2009, from 1 April 2008 to 30 September 2014, by quarter.

4. The outcomes of arrests under Section 51A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, from 1 April 2008 to 30 September 2014, by quarter.
