Could you please forward the following details in relation to the above Act.

1. How many deployments have failed to meet the Immediate Response time of 15 minutes in the last 12 months.

The enclosed table provides graded response times from 01 April 2013 to 31 March 2014

2.  How many deployments have failed to meet the Early response time of 60 Minutes in the last 12 months.

3. How many deployments have failed to meet the routine response time of 72 hours in the last 12 months.

As above

4. Could you confirm what financial penalties have your force received as a result of these failures and what guidance has been given to improve your response times.

This document sets out a set of principles and practice and are therefore not nationally mandated targets.
