1. Please could you provide me with figures for the amount of police employees that have breached your professional standards for the last 5 years.
2. Could you provide this information broken down for single offences and employees with multiple breeches and what the breech of professional standards was..
3. Could you provide the outcome of the disciplined (e.g. verbal warning, written warning, contract terminated).

Please find attached our response. Please note employee unknown is used where the employee number is not recorded on our Professional Standards Department Database.
