I can confirm that we hold the agenda and minutes for the meetings specified above. With regard to the attendees, we only hold information for the March, June and September 2015 meetings (see attached). Please note, this data was extracted from the sign in sheets using the ‘Name’ and ‘Job Title’ columns. We do not though hold information as to who they are ‘employed by’.
