1/ Under FOIA please disclose WMP policy and procedure, and any related guidance given to IO’s on the investigation of proportionate complaints.

 

2/ Under FOIA please disclose the average time to complete a proportionate investigation

 

3/ Under FOIA please disclose the longest period of time taken to investigate a/any proportionate investigation since January 2010.

1/ Under FOIA please disclose WMP policy and procedure, and any related guidance given to IO’s on the investigation of proportionate complaints.

 

WMP follow the statutory guidance (see link below) and do not have their own separate policy or procedure, no other guidance is given to IO’s on the investigation of proportionate complaints.

2/ Under FOIA please disclose the average time to complete a proportionate investigation 

 

We have taken the time period as being the same as Q3 and have provided the average number of days for investigations since 01 April 2010.

 

2010/11 = 141 days

2011/12 = 134 days

2012/13 = 130 days

2013/14 = 135 days

2014/15 = 180 days

 

 

3/ Under FOIA please disclose the longest period of time taken to investigate a/any proportionate investigation since January 2010. 

 

Since 01 April 2010 the longest time to complete an investigation is 2,295 days
