2) Of those arrested, what are their ethnicities (e.g. White UK, White Irish, Any Other White, White and Black Caribbean, White and Black African, Any Other Mixed Ethnic Groups, Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Any Other Asian, Chinese, Black African, Black Caribbean, Any Other Black).
- Of those arrested, how many were charged with the accused crime (please specify their age and ethnicity for each year).
- If possible, I would also like to request the nature of the crimes committed of those charged as well as the total number of offences made between 2016 and to date, 2019 by people aged 17 and under.

Section 23 is a class based absolute exemption and there is no requirement to consider the public interest in this case.
